THINGS YOU SHOULDN'T BRING TO 2018 AS AN ENTREPRENEUR

New year, new you. Everybody wants to get a different result this year as they did last year, better result if i may use the phrase but regardless of our major aim this year, life is all about taking what is good and keeping what is bad or what will not help you. 2018 is a new year and this should be a time to reinvent yourself for success, here are a list of things you shouldn't bring to 2018

I want to just list Top things you as an entrepreneur shouldn’t bring to 2018. You might have dine with it last year, doesn’t mean you should continue. Make sure you read every line. Don’t forget to drop a comment


1. BAD FRIENDS

Having the wrong set of friends will not only destroy you as a person, it will kill your dream. If you had walked with the wrong set of friends last year, don’t walk with them again. Remember birds of the same feather flock together, if you hang around 4 broke people, i bet you will be the 5th and likewise if you hang around 4 successful people you will definitely be the 5th. I’m not saying you should stop talking to them. Just maintain your distance. You need friends who dream big. Those with enviable ambition. Those who will be able to give you a hand whenever you fall. In a case where you don't have such friends at the moment, just make up your mind on a certain goal you want to achieve and subconsciously, you will attract the right people to help you achieve your goals.

2. DON’T BRING PROCRASTINATION

Of all the dangerous things that can break your dream and dieter you from achieving your goals, this should be on the top of the list of things you need to deal with to succeed as an entrepreneur. Trust me, this is the hardest of them all. I’m still battling with this hideous monster and this year, I must look for a way to deal with it. Procrastination makes you steps away from your dreams. It kills the vibe, the spirit. Please, don’t bring it to 2018.

3. SHUN OVER-SLEEPING

The spirit is willing, but the body is weak. I know many times when I needed to sit down and continue with the book I’m writing, but my eyes will be so heavy, as if I’ve never slept for the past two days. I don’t know whether it’s laziness or sleeplessness. Whatever it is, it’s not entering this New Year. Many times you will make your decision and put your mind to work but your body will want to do the exact opposite, anytime you encounter such problems, make yourself believe this is the only chance you have got and if you let this slide then you will never achieve your aim. This should be enough motivation to help you deal with this problem.

4. BAD HEALTH

It’s not as if we have a button where we can easily push the green healthy button. But we do have measures that will help. Last year must have been a year where you were too lazy to jog, jump or even run. This year, make it your ritual to exercise every morning. Make it your intention to wake up body and mind together. This is the only way you can enjoy your success in life.

5. LACK OF ACTION

I come from a school of taught where we believe if you want something really bad, then just make the first step towards that thing, regardless if its a good step or not that should keep you in check. Last year you must have wasted so much time planning and not doing, this year should be diferent, you should give it whatever you have and just take action. Don't just sit around been a planner with no action but rather be an action person with no plan, in due time you will find yourself a good plan while you are on track. So act.
